Pool Guy Agreement

BILLING / SERVICE INFORMATION

~ Your bill will arrive between the 1ST or 15 of the month*.

~ Payment is due on receipt, and past due after 15 days from receipt of the invoice.

~ If payment is not received by the next billing cycle, a $25 late fee may be assessed. More than two consecutive months of a missed payment may result in service being temporarily suspended until we receive payment, or service may be discontinued permanently.

~ Filter Tear Down - $185 (This service is needed twice a year or more depending on location and use of pool.)

~ Spring chemical balance $109-$275

~ Spa Drain and Clean $185 (This service is needed when spa water has become cloudy or resistant to chemical changes.)

~ Please have solar cover removed for service

~ Solar covers are not covered under my current insurance policy

*Our monthly rate is for 4 visits per month, which equates to 48 visits a year. With 52 weeks in a year, you may receive up to 4 complimentary visits for FREE.

*Note: We do not service during the week of Christsmas to New Years holiday. The Pool Guy will be closed from the last week of Dec thru the first week of Jan each year for the Holidays.
